1. General and legal compliance
The Operator, Ofer Rosenbloom, Adv. (the “Operator”), respects the privacy of users of the heskemim.co.il website (the “Site”). This policy is drafted in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017, and describes how information is collected, stored and processed on the Site. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of this policy.
2. Information collected
Active information (provided by you voluntarily): through the Site’s contact form, the following fields are collected — full name, phone number, email address, and the free-text content of the message you choose to enter.
Passive information (collected automatically): while browsing the Site, technical and analytical information may be collected automatically, including IP address, cookies, operating system and browser type, and browsing and usage data via analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
3. Purposes of use
The information is used to contact the enquirer back and respond to the enquiry, to operate and secure the Site properly, and to improve the user experience. The information will not be used for purposes not listed in this policy without the User’s consent.
4. Direct marketing (Section 30A of the Communications Law)
In accordance with Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982, where the User has checked the relevant box or expressly consented to receiving content, the Operator may send legal updates, newsletters and additional content. Every such message will provide the User with a simple and immediate option to unsubscribe (“unsubscribe”), and the Operator will cease sending such communications upon receipt of the request.
5. Confidentiality and disclosure to third parties
The Operator undertakes that the information will not be sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. Disclosure to a third party will occur only in one of the following cases:
- to technical service providers necessary for operating the Site and providing the service — including Cloudflare (site hosting and inbound email forwarding) and Resend (sending the emails generated by the contact form) — which are bound to safeguard and secure the information;
- pursuant to a judicial order or a legal obligation.
6. Data security
Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS), and the Operator takes reasonable measures to secure it in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. Nevertheless, absolute immunity from intrusion or unauthorized use cannot be guaranteed.
7. Right of access, correction and deletion
Under Sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, every User has the right to inspect the information held about them, to request its correction where it is incorrect, incomplete or out of date, or to request its deletion. Such requests may be sent to [email protected], and the Operator will act in accordance with the law.
8. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet the Operator’s obligations under any law, after which it is deleted or securely stored.
9. Cookies
The Site may use cookies for its proper operation and for statistical analysis. These files can be blocked or deleted through the browser settings, but doing so may affect some of the Site’s functionality.
10. Changes to this policy
The Operator may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will be effective from the time of its publication.
