Ofer Rosenbloom, Attorney, Mediator & Arbitrator
I approach dispute resolution from three perspectives: legal, commercial and technological.
Legal training helps me understand rights, obligations and risk. Executive experience helps me understand what a dispute does to a business in real time. My background in cybersecurity, technology and data privacy allows me to work efficiently with disputes where the professional facts are as complex as the legal questions.
I work with companies, business owners, partners, founders, shareholders, suppliers and customers in commercial mediation and arbitration, in English and Hebrew.
My approach
A well-managed commercial dispute does not require the parties to minimise their differences. It requires those differences to be understood clearly.
In mediation, my role is to create a structured process in which the parties can address interests, risks and practical options and test whether an acceptable agreement is possible.
In arbitration, the role is different: to manage a fair and orderly process and determine the dispute within the authority given by the parties and the applicable legal framework.
In both settings, I aim for a process that is focused, clear and proportionate to the dispute.

The ability to understand contractual and legal frameworks quickly without turning every discussion into a legal lecture.
Technology depth

Areas of work
English-language and cross-border matters
I can conduct mediation and arbitration in English or Hebrew, in person or remotely.
This can be useful where the dispute involves an Israeli company and an overseas counterparty, foreign counsel, international shareholders or English-language commercial agreements.
Want to discuss whether I am the right person for the dispute?
The first step is a conflict check and a basic understanding of the matter.
